Ms. Ritchie is a veteran educator and entrepreneur. During her 30+ years in education, Ms. Ritchie has taught at both the secondary and tertiary levels. Additionally, she is a former K-12 school Principal, former Assistant Director of an all-boys intervention programme, as well as a former primary school Guidance Counselor. She has facilitated numerous workshops for educators and has run a very successful martial arts academy for almost twenty years. She is well versed in designing and facilitating training workshops and seminars, especially in the areas of communication and leadership.
